Boil your spaghetti in salted water and save one cup of the pasta water.
Brown the bacon in a skillet and then let the bacon drain on paper towels, leave the bacon grease in the pan. You can wipe out or drain a little of it if you think it will be too greasy for you.
Add your corn, peppers, and green onions to the skillet and sauté for a few min in the bacon grease.
Add your spaghetti to the corn, sauté, and sprinkle the powdered Parmesan all over it a little at a time, tossing to coat.
Add the pasta water and the butter, simmer for a bit and toss.
Then toss in all the greens and toss until wilted.
Serve topped with chili flake and chives, you can also add more Parmesan.
