Air Fryer Chicken Tenders
  1. Prepare the coating stations: In the first bowl, place the flour. In the second bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. In the third bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Coat the chicken: Dredge each chicken tender in the flour, shaking off any excess. Dip it into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated. Finally, roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

  3. Preheat and arrange: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes. Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd—work in batches if necessary.

  4. Cook the tenders: Lightly spray the chicken tenders with cooking spray. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  5. Serve and enjoy: Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as honey mustard, ranch, or barbecue sauce.
