(Eve's Mom) Karen Wright's French Chocolate Silk Pie
  1. Cream margerine or butter

  2. Add sugar and cream well

  3. Melt chocolate and cool

  4. Add chocolate and vanilla. Blend.

  5. Pour cup of coffee, light cigarette, and sit down.

  6. Add 1 egg. Beat 5 minutes at medium speed.

  7. Add other egg. Beat andother 5 minutes.

  8. Pour into pie shell. Chill.

  9. Serve with whipped cream.
