In a large bowl, add all ingredients until smooth. Avoid lumps. It looks like a very thin pancakes batter. Set aside.
In a stove, warm up at pan about 2 minutes. Then, lower the heat to lowest temperature.
Spray a little oil so the batter wont stick.
Using a brush, brush the batter in a circular motion or whatever you are comfortable with. Brush it around the pan to make a round wrapper. Cook for about 30 seconds until it looks dry and slowly pull it off from the pan.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Add parchment paper in between so it won’t stick or dusting of cornstarch.
Use this as spring roll wraps. Enjoy!
