Easy Peasy Nutella Puff Pastries With Just 2 Ingredients
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C / 392°F.

  2. Line the baking tray with parchment for easy cleanup.

  3. Open the puff pastry sheet over a lightly floured surface to prevent sticking.

  4. Roll the sheet to a 16 x 16-inch square.

  5. Cut the puff pastry in half both ways so you have four large squares (8 x 8-inch squares).

  6. Now cut each square into four (4 x 4-inch squares). Making it a total of 16 squares.

  7. Place the squares on the parchment-lined baking tray.

  8. Add a heaping tablespoon of Nutella in the center of each square.

  9. Brush the edges with water - very lightly dab with water.

  10. Fold one side over the other - this will give you a triangle.

  11. Make sure the edges are sealed well so the Nutella stays in when baking.

  12. Once all the squares are filled and sealed, bake in a preheated oven for about 10 to 12 minutes.

  13. Once baked, cool on a cooling rack.
