Philly Cheese Steak Quesadilla
  1. Sauté the yellow onions, jalapeños, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper with a sprinkle of salt.

  2. Remove the vegetables from the heat.

  3. In a hot pan, add the thinly sliced beef and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  4. Add the sautéed vegetables back to the pan with the beef.

  5. Add a splash of soy sauce (optional).

  6. Cut the beef and add it to a pan.

  7. Heat a tortilla on both sides.

  8. Add mozzarella and provolone cheese to the tortilla.

  9. Add the Philly cheese steak beef and vegetables.

  10. Toast the quesadilla until it's nice and crunchy.

  11. Serve with a chipotle mayo.
