  1. Add tomatoes to a large baking dish in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Bake at 350°F for 16–20 minutes until tomatoes burst (gently smash halfway if needed).

  4. Mix butter, garlic, salt, herbs, and parmesan. Spread on baguette slices.

  5. Toast crostinis for 5–7 minutes until golden.

  6. Lightly mash tomatoes and drain some liquid. Top with parmesan, basil, and burrata.

  7. Stir, serve hot, and scoop with crostinis.
