Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, bread crumbs, egg, onion, parsley, garlic, honey, and seasonings.
Roll into balls and place on a sheet pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the meatballs look golden brown & slightly crispy.
While meatballs are baking, prepare rice & veggies.
Remove meatballs from oven when they're done and mix with BBQ sauce.
Add rice, veggies, and meatballs to meal prep containers and finish with toppings of your choice!
