English Muffins
  1. Gently warm your milk and melt your butter.

  2. Add all the ingredients together.

  3. Knead or mix until smooth.

  4. Ball and rest for 1 hour.

  5. Roll out until about 2cm thick.

  6. Cut out into disks.

  7. Place in a tray on semolina for a further hour.

  8. Bake them in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

  9. Eat.
