Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
You can add one drop of olive oil and mix well (optional).
Add the blueberries and stir until they’re all coated with chocolate.
Line a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the lollipop sticks with some space between them and spoon small mounds of chocolate-covered blueberries on top of each stick.
You can also make them without the sticks if you prefer.
Sprinkle a bit of salt on top (optional).
Refrigerate for about an hour until set.
Package nicely and give as a sweet homemade treat to people you love.
You can also chill them in the freezer, but note that once transferred to the fridge afterward, their shelf life will be shorter.
