Cut chicken breasts into half-inch pieces
Mix together olive oil, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, kosher salt, white pepper, and vinegar
Coat chicken pieces with the marinade and set aside
Prepare garlic Parmesan butter by mixing unsalted butter, garlic powder, grated garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley, and salt
Divide the garlic Parmesan butter mixture in half for use on raw and baked chicken
Thread chicken pieces onto skewers, about 6 pieces per skewer, spacing them loosely
Brush skewers with half of the garlic Parmesan butter mixture
Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes
Remove from oven and flip skewers
Brush with remaining garlic Parmesan butter mixture
Bake for an additional 15 minutes
Remove from oven and finish with a bit more butter
Serve as desired
