Add the stew meat and small potatoes to your crockpot. Add carrots if desired.
Season with Kinder’s Butter Seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over everything.
Mix the packet of au jus gravy mix with 1 cup of beef broth until combined.
Pour the au jus mixture over the meat and potatoes.
Place 1 stick of Kerrygold Garlic & Herb Butter on top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until the beef is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
Spoon that buttery au jus gravy over the beef before serving.
