Banana Chocolate Chip Bread
  1. Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. Lightly grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan.

  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.

  4. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

  5. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.

  6. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten.

  7. Add half of the chocolate chips and mix to combine.

  8. Pour batter into greased loaf pan and top with remaining chocolate chips.

  9. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf, comes out clean.

  10. Let bread cool in pan for 10-15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
