Homemade Toffee With Chocolate And Sea Salt
  1. In a medium saucepan, add butter and brown sugar over medium heat

  2. Stir every 30-60 seconds for about 10 minutes until the mixture looks darker, fluffy, and like warmed up peanut butter

  3. Remove from heat and dump onto a parchment-lined baking tray with edges

  4. Spread the mixture evenly

  5. Add chocolate chips to the top and let them warm

  6. Spread out the melted chocolate

  7. Top with flakey sea salt

  8. Allow to completely cool for 1-2 hours before breaking apart

  9. Place in gifting container and store sealed for up to 2 months
