Dry roast 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp fennel seeds, 3-4 cloves, 1 inch cinnamon, 3-4 cardamom, 8-9 black peppercorns and grind
In a Kadhai add oil and fry thinly sliced 2 medium sized onions
Transfer the fried onions in mixer, add 2 tbsp curd, fresh coriander and 2-3 green chillies, make a fine paste out of it
Now in the same oil add finely chopped ginger garlic, sauté for a sometime and add fresh green peas
Add 1 ½ tbsp masala that we have made earlier, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder
Sauté for some time and add gravy paste
Mix it well, add salt as per taste and 1 cup of water
Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes
Lastly add some roasted kasuri methi
