Preheat oven to 350°F. Place hash browns on a non-stick or parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.
Lightly oil a 9 by 9-inch casserole dish. Combine ham, hash browns, broccoli and cheddar in the dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and whisk well. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the casserole dish.
Bake for 20 minutes until cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
