Peel the Taro potatoes, rinse well, cut into half
Add to a bowl of water to prevent browning, set aside
Fresh Dill - Rinse and roughly chop
Cut the Pork Ribs, rinse well
Add to a pot of water and parboil for 5 minutes to remove impurities
Discard water, rinse well, set aside
Start new pot of water for the soup
Add in the parboiled Pork
Add 1 Tbsp Chicken Seasoning
Once the water comes to a simmer, turn heat to med-low, cover with lid. Simmer for at least 45 minutes or until the pork ribs are tender
Occasionally skim foam to keep the broth clear
Remove lid and add in the Taro potatoes
Let Taro potatoes cook for about 10 - 15 minutes or until cooked
Add in the chopped Dill
Season the soup broth with Chicken Soup Seasoning, Fish Sauce and Sugar to taste
