Lasagne Pockets
  1. Cut a section of the lasagna sheet away so it's more rectangular and save the trimmings for a pasta dish

  2. Quickly dunk the lasagna sheet in boiling water to soften

  3. Pop a dollop of cream cheese in the middle then top with another lasagna sheet

  4. Add a portion of Bolognese on top, followed by another dollop of cream cheese

  5. Fold all the sides in and cover with cream cheese then grated mozzarella

  6. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes
