Arrange vegetables in the skillet, cover, and steam per time chart below.
Dump out any remaining water.
Uncover and add a splash of olive oil to the skillet
Season with salt and pepper
Sauté (cook, stirring occasionally) until vegetables are just tender and beginning to brown
