Almond Croissant Baked Oats
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan)

  2. Into the dish, add: yoghurt, milk, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

  3. Add oats, almond meal, and baking powder. Stir until fully combined.

  4. Smooth the top and sprinkle with sliced almonds.

  5. Bake for 30 mins covered with foil, then uncover and bake for another 10 mins or until golden and just set in the centre.

  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with maple syrup or top with more yoghurt if you like.
