Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili
  1. Lay the trimmed chicken breasts in in the bottom of a 6 quart slow cooker.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the seasonings - cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, red pepper, salt & pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the chicken.

  3. Add in the rinsed beans, diced onion, green chiles, minced garlic and chicken stock.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.

  5. After 4 hours, remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.

  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and flour.

  7. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker and stir.

  8. Add the shredded chicken back to the slow cooker.

  9. Cover and cook another 30 minutes.

  10. Ladle into bowls and add your favorite toppings.
