Sri Lankan Fish Cutlets
  1. Peel, boil and mash your potatoes

  2. Finely dice onions, garlic, curry leaves, green chilli and grate ginger

  3. Fry onions till soft then add garlic, curry leaves, green chilli, ginger, cumin powder and black pepper

  4. Mix well then add mashed potato and mix well again

  5. Add drained tuna, season, and mix well

  6. Cool then shape into balls

  7. Dipped in whisked eggs then coat in breadcrumbs

  8. Deep fry until golden brown
