High-protein Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 9×13” baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, stir together the dry ingredients (excluding the hemp hearts and chocolate chips).

  3. In another mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.

  4. Pour the wet ingredient mixture into the dry and stir well to combine.

  5. Fold in hemp hearts and chocolate chips.

  6. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking pan and spread evenly into the pan. Add additional chocolate chips and banana slices on top (optional).

  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool for 20 minutes before cutting. Serve with maple syrup, yogurt, or nut butter.
