Form the dough into 16, 1 ½-inch balls
Combine the cinnamon and monk fruit sweetener in a medium-sized dish.
Roll the balls in the mixture until coated completely.
Place on the baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake for 15 minutes
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
