Berry Protein Custard
  1. Grab a baking dish and add: 1 +¼ cup high protein greek yoghurt, 4 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 Tbsp maple syrup, 4 Tbsp tapioca flour.

  2. Mix well.

  3. Add ½ cup frozen berries of choice.

  4. Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 mins until golden.
