Classic Deviled Eggs
  1. Hard boil the eggs

  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise

  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl

  4. Mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, dijon mustard, minced shallot or onion, and Tabasco sauce

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste

  6. Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture

  7. Sprinkle with paprika before serving
