First, melt the butter in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish. You can either melt it in the dish in the oven or pour the melted butter in the dish
Then place the cooked shredded chicken on top of the melted butter evenly in the dish.Now sprinkle the frozen peas and carrots over the chicken
Next, mix together the biscuit mix, seasoning packet and milk. Pour over the peas and carrots, do not mix, but spread evenly and lightly over the peas and carrots.
Finally, mix together the Cream of chicken soup and chicken broth until completely combined. Pour over the biscuit mix layer but DO NOT MIX.
Bake uncovered in a 375 degree preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown.
Let set for 15 minutes before eating.
