Place pork tenderloin in the crockpot.
In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, chicken broth, honey, garlic, rosemary, and black pepper.
Pour mixture over pork.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Slice and serve with sauce from the crockpot.

In a small bowl, mix cumin, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle spice mixture over ingredients in the crockpot and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Serve over couscous or quinoa.
