Pork Tenderloin Crockpot
  1. Place pork tenderloin in the crockpot.

  2. In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, chicken broth, honey, garlic, rosemary, and black pepper.

  3. Pour mixture over pork.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

  5. Slice and serve with sauce from the crockpot.

  6. Place chicken thighs, chickpeas, diced tomatoes, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.

  7. In a small bowl, mix cumin, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, cayenne, salt, and pepper.

  8. Sprinkle spice mixture over ingredients in the crockpot and stir to combine.

  9. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

  10. Serve over couscous or quinoa.
