Pickled cucumbers

  1. Prepare Rice

  2. Slice chicken into cubes and season with Garlic, pepper, salt, and cornflour. Mix well.

  3. Cook on medium for 8 minutes until golden and crispy

  4. Set chicken aside, ad soy sauce, honey, and Gochujang paste. Stir until thickened

  5. Readd chicken to sauce and mix well

  6. In a bowl, slice cucumber and add soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, sesame seeds, and chili flakes as desired.
