Microwave Scrambled Eggs Recipe
  1. In a shallow microwave safe bowl beat eggs until fluffy with a fork or whisk.

  2. Add milk and beat again.

  3. Dot over eggs with the butter.

  4. Cook on high for 2 minutes, stir and add cheese if using and cook another 2 minutes.

  5. Fluff up and stand for 2 minutes while cooking toast.

  6. Serve on hot buttered toast and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
