Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Brown the ground beef with onion in a skillet.
Add garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire. Cook 1 minute.
Stir in the cheese until melted into the beef mixture. Remove from heat.
Flatten each biscuit or dough piece into a circle.
Add a spoonful of cheeseburger filling to the center of each one.
Fold over and pinch edges to seal tightly.
Place on the baking sheet; brush with butter and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden and puffy.
Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or dipping sauces.
