Lemon Buttercream Layer Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  13. Whip until light and fluffy.

  14. Level cake layers.

  15. Spread a thick, luscious layer of lemon buttercream between each layer.

  16. Crumb coat the cake and chill for 20 minutes.

  17. Finish with a smooth final coat and decorate with piped buttercream swirls and dried lemon slices.

  18. Chill slightly before slicing for clean, beautiful layers.

  19. Serve at room temperature for the creamiest texture.
