Christmas Tree Cakes
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12×16" pan with parchment.

  2. Mix cake ingredients until smooth. Spread evenly in pan, bake 13–15 min, and cool.

  3. Cut into tree shapes.

  4. Slice each tree in half horizontally, spread filling, and press together. Freeze 30 min.

  5. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil, coat cakes, and top with sprinkles.

  6. For red drizzle, tint leftover melted white chocolate with plant-based red food coloring. Let set and enjoy!
