Cut pumpkin in half and remove seeds
Roughly chop onions and garlic
Add everything to the instant pot, making sure the water covers (almost) everything
Set instant pot to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
Let it naturally release for however long you’re occupied for, then release the rest of the pressure by pushing the valve.
Blend everything together with an immersion blender.
Serve with toasted bread and herb butter. Or with a drizzle of olive oil and Parmesan.
