Glowing Skin Soup
  1. In a soup pot, saute onion and bell peppers in olive oil until tender. (5-9 minutes).

  2. Add the tomato and spices and saute another few minutes

  3. Add in sweet potato and then pour in vegetable broth. Bring to boil then cook on medium high for 10 min until sweet potato is tender.

  4. Add coconut cream then turn heat off. Use immersion blender to blend the soup or spoon into standing blender. Blend! I like to leave some texture.

  5. Garnish with pepper, parsley and more coconut cream.

  6. Pair w/crusty bread!!! Yum.
