Thai Style Chicken With Black Pepper And Basil
  1. Pop the chicken into a mixing bowl and add light soy, lime juice, corn flour and bicarbonate of soda and mix well.

  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 10 seconds until fragrant. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through and a little golden.

  3. Chuck in the oyster sauce, sriracha, fish sauce, dark soy, black pepper and basil. Stir-fry for a minute until the chicken is coated and serve immediately with rice.
