Cook noodles al dente according to package instructions in a large pot. Drain. Set aside and dry pot.
In same pot, fry bacon crisp. Remove to drain on a paper towel and set aside.
Saute onion and green pepper in bacon fat until just tender. Add tomatoes, ground beef, olives, cheese and garlic powder and mix to combine and melt cheese.
Add noodles and bacon. combine well. Move contents to a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
