Avocado Crema
  1. Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Scoop out flesh and place into the bowl of a food processor or a blender.

  2. Add the sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, and half the salt. Blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.

  3. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
