House Salad (à la Olive Garden)
  1. Combine all of the dressing ingredients (mayo through sugar) in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, then transfer your creamy Italian dressing to the refrigerator.

  2. Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce — or chop first and run through a salad spinner if you have one. Add the greens to a large salad bowl.

  3. Slice the red onion and tomatoes and add to the bowl, then top with pepperoncini, black olives, croutons, and freshly shredded Parmesan.

  4. All that’s left to do is add the Olive Garden dressing, toss, and serve!
