Brown the ground beef in a non-stick pan. Press it down and cook for 3 mins on one side, then flip and sear on the other side.
Break down the beef and continue to brown.
Once cooked, add sauce and sliced green onions, then remove from pan.
Blanch the vegetables in boiling water for 1-2 mins, strain and set aside.
Stir fry the veggies in the same pan used for the beef until they get some color, then season with salt and white pepper.
Serve with steamed white jasmine rice, 1 fried egg, and 1 tsp Sriracha.
