Hickory-Smoked Brisket
  1. Place brisket in crockpot liner.

  2. Sprinkle generously with liquid smoke and celery salt, onion salt and garlic salt.

  3. Wrap well and put into CROCK-POT.

  4. Cover and cook on Low 8-12 hours (Not as good, High: 4-6 hours).

  5. Serve warm with juices over each slice.

    ALTERNATIVELY:

  6. Refrigerate overnight and then slice thinly

  7. Place in CROCK- POT and pour barbecue sauce over meat.

  8. Cook 2 to 3 hours on High.
