Put 4-6 chicken breasts in crock pot
In separate bowl, mix brown sugar, vinegar, sprite, minced garlic, soy sauce, pepper, and some crushed red pepper (Optional)
Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours
When done, take chicken out of crockpot & add remaining liquid to a sauce pan over high heat. Mix corn starch and water together and slowly add to liquid. Keep boiling for 2-3 minutes or until sauce starts to thicken.
