Easy Slow Cooker Holiday Brisket meat
  1. Slice onions and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.

  2. Sprinkle onions with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp BBQ rub.

  3. Place brisket on top, fat side up.

  4. Season brisket with salt, pepper, and remaining 1 tbsp BBQ rub.

  5. Pour 1 cup BBQ sauce all over the top.

  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours, or until tender and shreddable.

  7. Slice or shred, spoon sauce over the top, and serve for the holidays.
