Warm Nestlé All Purpose Cream in a saucepan, stir in Chocnut spread until smooth, then season with condensed milk and salt to taste.
Keep sauce warm and pourable.
Lightly heat a sizzling plate over medium.
Place a chilled slice of cheesecake at the center of the sizzling plate.
Pour the warm Chocnut cream sauce over the cheesecake so it sizzles.
Top with crumbled Chocnut before serving.
