Sizzling Basque Cheesecake With Chocnut Sauce

  3. Pour batter into the pan and bake 25–30 minutes until the top is dark brown but the center still jiggles.

  4. Cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for clean slices.

  5. Warm Nestlé All Purpose Cream in a saucepan, stir in Chocnut spread until smooth, then season with condensed milk and salt to taste.

  6. Keep sauce warm and pourable.

  7. Lightly heat a sizzling plate over medium.

  8. Place a chilled slice of cheesecake at the center of the sizzling plate.

  9. Pour the warm Chocnut cream sauce over the cheesecake so it sizzles.

  10. Top with crumbled Chocnut before serving.
