Preheat your oven to 350F
In a large bowl mix your butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add in your eggs one at a time mixing in between each
Add in your greek yogurt and vanilla and mix until smooth
Add your buttermilk and dry ingredients slowly switching between each until all is incorporated
Add your batter to a lined 9x13 baking dish
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until completely cooked through
While your cake is baking make your filling by combining your butter, powder sugar and heavy cream
Once your cake is cooked and cooled, use a Christmas tree cookie cutter to cut out your trees
Cut them in half and add 1 tsp filling
Close your trees and repeat until all trees are filled
Gently dip your trees into white chocolate mixture until all are covered
Top with green sprinkles and enjoy
