Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease muffin tin.
Blend cottage cheese until smooth (optional for smoother texture).
Whisk eggs in a large bowl.
Stir in cottage cheese, spinach, feta, baking powder and seasonings.
Fill muffin cups ¾ full.
Bake 18–22 minutes until set and lightly golden.
Cool 5 minutes before removing and serve warm.
