Pumpkin Seed Strawberry Milk
  1. Soak the dates in hot water and the pumpkin seeds overnight in room temperature water (enough to fully submerge).

  2. Rinse and drain.

  3. Add everything to a blender and blend on high for up to 2 minutes until smooth, adjusting water to your preferred consistency.

  4. Strain through a nut milk bag or fine sieve using the back of a spoon.

  5. Optional: re-blend the pulp with a little water and strain again to extract more milk.

  6. Store in the fridge and shake or stir before each use.
