Spinach & Artichoke Dip
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-low heat. Add onions and sauté for a few minutes until soft.

  2. Add jalapeño and garlic. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add spinach and sauté until wilted.

  4. Stir in chopped artichokes and remaining olive oil.

  5. Pour in heavy cream and add cream cheese. Stir until smooth and combined.

  6. Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

  7. Fold in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.

  8. Transfer mixture to a deep baking dish.

  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.

  10. Remove from oven and serve hot.
