Melt 6-7 squares of 70% Dark Chocolate with 2 tsp Nut Butter in microwave for 1 minute, stirring at 30 seconds, or use double-boil method until glossy
Roast ¼ cup Almonds and 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds, then cool completely to maintain crunch
Fold roasted nuts, black raisins or cranberries, and a pinch of salt into the melted chocolate mixture
Spoon mixture onto parchment paper
Set in refrigerator overnight
