Fudge - Avocado chocolate; Peanut Butter; Coconut Almond; Banana Walnut
  1. Avocado Chocolate

    Blend 1 avocado with 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, and 2 tablespoons coconut flour.

    Spread in a dish and chill for 1 hour.

  2. Peanut Butter Protein Fudge

    Blend ½ cup natural peanut butter with 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons honey, and ¼ cup protein powder.

    Press into a tin and refrigerate 1 hour.

  3. Coconut Almond Fudge

    Mix ½ cup almond butter with ¼ cup coconut flour, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, and 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil.

    Spread and chill until firm.

  4. Banana Walnut Fudge

Mash 1 ripe banana with 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, and 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts.

Press into a small tray and chill 1–2 hours.
